Hey, I don’t understand for rounds 5 to 11

This is a beautiful hat! I just don't understand, I did everything like the tutorial, the number of stiches is right, but the wide is different and much bigger, in mine is 18 cm and in the tutorial is 15.5, what i am doing wrong?...

Written Instructions: (Make 2) Start with brown R1: Make a slip knot and ch. 5. Slst in the first ch. [An incomplete dc is when you yarn over, insert, yarn over again, and pull through one loop. Then, yarn over and pull through two loops. You pull the final loops when you have made the correct amount] Color change to beige R4: ch. 4. 3 tr (treble stitch, or triple crochet in the video), ch. 2, 3 tr in the same st [this makes a corner] (the stitches in this row are the ch spaces). 3dc in the next st. 3hdc in the next st. 3dc in the next st. [this makes a side]. Make another corner. Make another side. Repeat this process until you come to the end of the row. Slst in the first st. R5: ch. 2 and turn. dc 3 times in the gaps between the clusters of stitches. (side) In the next space, dc 3 times, ch. 2, and dc 3 times (corner). Repeat this process to the end of the row and slst in the first st. R6: Repeat the same steps as R5. Fasten off. Attach the pieces together. Starting at the corner, sc3. Sc one time in all the stitches. Sc3 in the corner. Repeat for 3 sides. Attach dark brown yarn at the opening. ch. 3. 3dc in each stitch. Do this for two rounds around the top. Hey there love the Pattern! But i noticed a little mistake in the description i guess. (I am very far from being a pro so it is only a guess thats something wrong with the pattern) i noticed that from row 13 on you didn't crochet 8 more rows like you said...its 11 rows so from row 13 to row 24 (for the "Headband" part) When i tried it it looked weird so i paused the video and counted the rows from ( 8:52 ) row 13 on...and voila instead of 8 its 11. Please explaim or correct me if i am wrong.

THE STITCH COUNT AFTER ROW 4 IS SO WRONG IF ROW 4 IS 32 STITCHES THEN ROW 5 SHOULD BE 40 NOT 45. THE PATTERN MAKER REALLY NEEDS TO RE-CHECK HER PATTERN BECAUSE IT HAS A LOT OF ERRORS.

O mao no ore ga é um anime que eu estou acompanhando e estou achando legalzinho. O Rafael não é o que estão pensando e a igreja tem culpa no cartório ai. Vão tentar eliminar algumas pessoas aí.... A igreja não tem nada de boazinha nessa história... Eu tbm achei estranho o Zagan "perdoar" o "amigo" dele assim, de boa. Talvez o Zagan acha que tem um certo controle sobre ele, já que ele pode "comer/anular" a magia do amigo dele.... Mas isso realmente é o mesmo que irrelevar tudo o que ele fez... Enfim... Eu tbm achei um pouco forçado o que a Fol (acho que esse é o nome da dragãozinha... não sei), fica atormentando a Chastile. Mas está sendo até agradável assistir este anime.
